davidvsgoliath

David Haye will step in to a ring with Nikolai Valuev on November 7 as he bids to become boxing’s heavyweight champion of the world.

This boxing match has been billed as David vs Goliath.

Nikolai Valuev is the tallest (7 ft) and heaviest (323 pounds) world champion in boxing history. He’s so big he usually steps into the ring over the top rope, and is so big that most boxers would have barely been able to land a hook as high as his belly, if they had the nerve to try.

David Haye is 6ft 2 and weighs around 200 pounds which is comparatively very small for a heavyweight boxer. Valuev who has already won 50 matches fights, 32 of those wins coming by knockout.

Valuev is obviously the overwhelming favorite in this fight, Daye Haye is hoping that his five stones to throw against Goliath will he his speed.

I will be rooting for David Haye in November, hoping that David will once again defy odds and defeat Goliath.

“So David triumphed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone; without a sword in his hand he struck down the Philistine and killed him.” 1 Samuel 17:50
